New Employee Setup Request

When an employee joins the Luther community, ITS requests that their supervisor/department head provide us with the information we need to supply technology equipment and to create an email account, Norse Key, and provision other resources and accounts.

Please answer what you can in the following online form. In addition, be sure to contact Human Resources. We will start our process once the form has been completed and we receive the necessary information from Human Resources. Thank you.

Computer requests for temporary staff or faculty (including adjuncts) will be reviewed by the Executive Director of ITS. To expedite your request, include the rationale in the Comments box at the end of this form.

Note: The College is moving away from Macs on campus. The options for computer selection include Windows Desktop or Windows Laptop.
