Biography
Michelle grew up in Minnesota. She graduated from Luther with a degree in English literature and a minor in Social Welfare. She went to Iowa State University and earned a Master’s degree in Student Affairs. She has worked in different areas of equity and inclusion and is excited to be a part of TRIO!
Michelle lives in Decorah with her cat and likes to go to ballet and read mystery books. She is always on the lookout for a cool pair of earrings.
Her advice to students is to give yourself space to be flexible and change your mind.
