Handshake is the leading career/recruiting platform for colleges and universities and Luther is pleased to offer this great resource to our students and alumni. It helps students and alumni land jobs or internships and employers to secure the best talent.
How can I recruit Luther students to work at my business or organization?
Join as an employer to start recruiting or check with your HR department to see if they are already using Handshake. This will allow you to post jobs and internships to Luther College students and even proactively search for the right candidates.
How can Luther help me find my next career opportunity?
Join as an alumnus/a and create a profile to connect with recruiters, receive personalized recommendations based on your interests and experience, and search job postings. (FYI, you will use the student account portal.)

Refer students for Luther scholarships
Every student you refer through the Future Norse Referral program will receive a $1,000 scholarship (in your name!) each year, for four years, when they enroll at Luther. Your participation in our program has a direct financial impact on students’ experiences at Luther.
