Biography
Thuy T. Do is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Luther College. She obtained a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2022. Her research interest lies in the intersection of optimization, decentralized computing, and machine learning, focusing on problems in which local data is processed inefficiently by a cloud server. Her current research projects are in the federated learning scheme.
