Luther athletes compete and win in 19 varsity sports (10 for men and 9 for women) in one of the most competitive athletic conferences in the nation. What sets our student-athletes apart is that their success on the field, mat and track is equaled by their success in the classroom (Luther leads the Iowa Conference in All-Academic nominations).
The facilities will amaze you—a football stadium perched on the side of a bluff overlooking the river valley, the only on-campus cross-country course in the conference, a lighted soccer-only stadium, 12 outdoor tennis courts, six indoor tennis courts, and a fully loaded Legends Fitness for Life Center. Add to that basketball and volleyball courts, softball and baseball fields, a wrestling center, an athletic training room, a swimming pool, and a human performance laboratory.
